Ways to Work With Me
Some businesses need one good day of my time. Others need me around for a while.
However we end up working together, these stay the same.
I work best with whoever can make the decision.
That usually means founders and leadership teams. It's hard to change much if the people who can approve it aren't involved.
I keep looking for the cause.
The problem you bring me often isn't the real one. It can take a while to get there, so we'll usually fix things along the way.
I'll tell you what I think.
That includes when it's not what you were hoping to hear. It's your business and your decision, but I can't help much if you're only looking for agreement.
I'll do some of the work.
I'm happy to get into the detail when it's useful, and to leave good people to get on with their jobs when it isn't.
It should keep working after I've gone.
Whatever we build needs to become part of how your team works, otherwise you've mostly paid for a good few weeks.
Three Ways to Start
I work directly with founders and leadership teams, and I get as involved as the work needs. That might mean challenging the direction, working out why something has stalled or doing some of the work myself.
Start with a day
We spend a day on whatever's bothering you most. You come away with a clear view of what's going on and what I'd do next, and it's yours to use with or without me. If we carry on working together, half the fee comes off the next piece of work.
£1,200
Take on a specific problem
For something with a clear end point, like a repositioning, a new proposition or a change that's stalled. We agree the scope up front, and I do as much of the work as it needs.
From £5,000
Keep me around
A set number of days each month, working with you and your team on whatever matters most at the time. Usually two days a month to begin with.
From £2,000/month
These prices are a guide. I'll give you a firm price once we've spoken.
Not sure which fits?
You don’t need the problem fully worked out first. The quickest way to find out is to talk it through. It takes half an hour and I won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need.
