Bumper is an AI-powered pooled risk market which protects the value of crypto assets from downside volatility and market crashes. Bumper uses a combination of three AI tech stacks to provide prediction, sentiment and technical analysis to the protocol.
Chief Marketing Officer
I joined Bumper at inception as a co-founder and CMO leading the full spectrum of marketing activity from brand through to user experience. Initially I managed the marketing and communications leading to a series of capital raises totalling $22m. Following the successful raise I orchestrated the UX/UI design of the app including design system development and prototyping.

Audits and Healthchecks
My Healthcheck provides an analysis of an organisation’s current digital proficiency, identifying strengths and weaknesses in digital tools, processes and performance.
The framework is a series of questions across 6 areas, each area with 4 questions, and each question with 5 sentence-based answers. So 30 questions and 120 possible answers.
Providing this insight to clients to see where they need to focus and then evaluate where there are gaps and what’s missing in their capabilities.
INDX
As contract CMO at INDX, I oversaw digital marketing budget deployment, tracked ROI, enhanced customer experience, built brand awareness, and drove organisational change in social media and digitization.
I worked closely with senior leadership, delivering strategies to maintain investor relationships as they moved toward the launch of their masternode fund.

Reaching New Audiences
Amnesty approached Copper to develop the proposition, creative and build the assets for a UK Government match funded appeal.
Copper developed a series ads which were rolled out across various display ad formats and posts for social.
The campaign achieved well above its target bringing in over £800,000. A thorough testing strategy saw a 75% uplift in average response rate, which in turn also saw a 28% uplift in average gift.
Building Better Experiences
Designing and optimising better experiences often come from understanding data and testing. For MNDA we defined their digital skills needs, redesigned fundraisers’ digital journeys, and ran a series of donor appeals.
For World Vision we built a dynamic and highly personalised welcome experience for new supporters which reduced attrition by 20%.

GetTasting allows tasting event and wine experience hosts to list their wine event. I built this following taking a WSET wine qualification and seeing a lack of consolidated wine experiences and resources.

I'm a keen mountain biker and enjoy riding the trails around where I live in the UK and further abroad. I've participated in various competitive XC and downhill races as well as sportives. The thrill and challenge of riding down a hill at speed provide focus and clarity.
